The Xerox WorkCentre 3025/BI is an all-in-one laser printer designed for mono printing at resolutions of up to 600 x 600 DPI. It supports standard black print speeds of 20 pages per minute in normal quality mode on A4/US Letter paper sizes. The device offers colour scanning capabilities with an optical resolution of 1200 x 1200 DPI.

Its maximum ISO size supported is A4, allowing it to handle various types of paper including Bond, Card stock, Envelopes, Labels, Plain paper, Pre-printed, Recycled paper, Thick paper, Thin paper, and custom dimensions from 76 mm to 216 mm wide by 127 mm to 356 mm long. It includes one print cartridge that provides monochrome output, ensuring efficient use of resources without additional costs for ink cartridges.

Although it does not support duplex functionality, its auto document feeder can hold up to 40 sheets of paper, making it suitable for small office environments where multiple documents need to be scanned quickly. With a monthly duty cycle capacity of 15000 pages, this machine caters well to moderate workloads while maintaining low operational temperatures during warm-up times as short as 30 seconds.
