The Philips Voice Tracer digital recorder DVT3000/00 is designed for high-quality audio recording in various modes such as High Quality (HQ), Long Play (LP), Pulse-code modulation (PCM), Super High Quality (SHQ), and Standard Play (SP). It offers a maximum recording time of up to 562 hours on its built-in memory card capable of storing up to 2048 MB.

This device supports MP3 and WMA formats at bit rates ranging from 8 – 320 Kbit/s for MP3 and 48 – 320 Kbit/s for WMA. The display features an LCD screen with a resolution of 112 x 112 pixels and a diagonal size of 3.81 cm (1.5″). With an output power of 300 mW and a loudspeaker diameter of 2.8 cm, it provides clear sound even when used at close range.

Connectivity options include a USB interface, allowing easy transfer of recorded files between devices.
