The D-Link 8-Port Gigabit PoE Unmanaged Desktop Switch is an unmanaged switch designed for network connectivity in desktop environments. It supports up to eight basic switching RJ-45 Ethernet ports that operate at gigabit speeds (10/100/1000 Mbps). This device complies with various networking standards including IEEE 802.1p, IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.3ab, IEEE 802.3af, IEEE 802.3u, and IEEE 802.3x.

The switch has a full-duplex capability and includes flow control support, auto MDI/MDI-X functionality, as well as QoS capabilities.
