The APC Smart-UPS X SMX1000I is an uninterruptible power supply designed for environments requiring reliable backup power. Equipped with eight dedicated C13 outlets and supporting up to four additional outputs via IEC jumpers, this UPS model includes a built-in USB port for charging devices on-the-go. It features a surge energy rating of 600 J and boasts an efficiency of 98.2%, ensuring minimal energy loss during operation.

The unit’s emergency Power Off function allows immediate shutdown in case of overloads or power failures, enhancing system safety. The battery technology used is Sealed Lead Acid (VRLA), offering a capacity of 299 VAh which provides extended runtime under full load conditions. Its typical backup time ranges from 8.1 minutes at full load down to 24.2 minutes when operating at half load.
