The Philips Xenium CTX620GRY X620 is a bar form factor mobile phone designed for single SIM usage. It features a display diagonal of 6.1 cm with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels using an LCD panel technology. Although it has no touchscreen capability, its external display supports TFT technology.
The device comes in grey color and offers limited memory options including flash memory up to 1000 MB and user memory capacity of 80 MB.
